Here you will discover a little more about some of our favorite products and how to use them to their fullest taste potential.

Assorted Chutney

Chutneys are savory sweet marvels that can elevate your meal in seconds! Add it as a side to a thick pork chop instead of applesauce, or even use it in your slow cooker to braise a roast.  We have added a touch of BBQ sauce to our Apricot Chutney and used to it sauce our ribs.  Feeling fancy? Use our chutney as you would a plum sauce for chicken tenders or fried treats like wings, zucchini sticks or spring rolls. Bring an over the top delicious appetizer by using our Chutney to top a brie wheel and serve with your favorite crusty bread or big crunch cracker.

Pickled Beets

Pickled Beets

A classic kitchen staple and the perfect cold side dish with summer salads or substitute for cooked beets in a delicious bean salad.  They are a great addition to your charcuterie board or paired with a sliced hard boiled egg for an easy lunch BUT hands down my absolute favorite way to eat these pickled jewels is with goat cheese! Be sure to ask me for my amazing pickled beets & dilled greens salad and I will send it your way  – just don’t be surprised when all your friends and family ask for it too!

Cowboy Candy

Packing a PUNCH these sweet and spicy pepper rings level up so many dishes. Use our Cowboy Candy in your family chilli or spaghetti recipe to give it a kick. Add it to a charcuterie board or serve with cream cheese on your favourite cracker and we guarantee people will ask you where you got these rings of glory.  Cowboy candy makes your favourite pizza sing and your best pulled pork recipe reach out of this world heights! Dill Carrots

Dill Carrots

A fan favorite and another product we LOVE serving friends and family in our home. Our Dill Carrots are a perfect crunchy snack and much better for you to binge on than chips.  Adding them to your charcuterie board lends a beautiful pop of color as well as being something a little different.  We put them in our pasta salads for summer BBQs and just open on the table when we are enjoying our burgers and hotdogs.  We always add a pickle or two to the side of every sandwich and these Dill Carrots are almost always requested by littles and adults alike.

Pickled Red Onion

Adding these tangy, sweet onions is the perfect way to give any dish a bold and beautiful pop of colour.  The vinegary, zippy taste adds an irresistible extra dimension of flavor, brightening and sharpening the other elements of your meal. Put them in your salad, stuff them into a sandwich, pile them on your favorite burger, or on top of any Mexican dish – they are seriously delicious on a fish taco!

Red Pepper Jelly

Red Pepper Jelly

Strictly sweet and vibrantly coloured our Red Pepper Jelly is the perfect addition to your cooking arsenal.  It’s a wonderful sandwich spread when added to mayo, you can serve it with cream cheese and crackers to wow as an appetizer. I have added our Red Pepper Jelly to meat marinades for both steak & chicken and to olive or avocado oil to dress a salad with amazing results!

Zucchini Relish

Zucchini Relish

We’ve been making this one the longest and use it A LOT at our own family table. This colorful relish is all hand chopped with love and you can taste it. We like to use the Zucchini Relish on sandwiches, we also add it to our potato and pasta salads.   It’s so well loved we have filled orders for 6 and 8 jars at a time. We have been told that people have enjoyed it as a sweet salsa with their tacos and as an appetizer, served with tortilla chips! Tell us how you like to eat our Zucchini Relish!
